All text, graphics, user interfaces, code, and design elements created by AI Upskill Center are our exclusive property.

Third-Party Content

Course data, images, descriptions, and provider logos are the property of their respective owners (Coursera, Udacity, edX, etc.). We display this content with permission or under fair use for informational purposes.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of your assessment results and learning paths. By using our Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and display this content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Upskill Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Damages resulting from course provider actions, changes, or discontinuations
• Loss of data or account access
• Third-party service outages (SendGrid, Vercel Analytics, hosting providers)
• Inaccurate course information or recommendations
• Failure to achieve learning or career objectives

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months (currently $0 for our free platform).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Upskill Center, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:
